Legal basis for processing

AI assistant and website plan
This website includes an AI-assisted questionnaire that turns your answers into a website recommendation. When you choose to generate a recommendation, the answers you provided are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to create the response. You confirm this with a consent checkbox before generating, and you can choose not to use the feature.
OpenAI processes the data on our behalf as a processor, under a data processing agreement. The data may be processed on servers outside the EU/EEA (in the United States) with appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use the OpenAI API with storage disabled, so your answers are not used to train AI models. OpenAI may retain API data only briefly for abuse monitoring before deletion.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential business information or payment details. The recommendation is general guidance and does not replace direct communication with Verda Studio.
Third-party services
Verda Studio may use third-party services to operate the website, receive messages, process form submissions, provide AI functionality, host the website or understand basic website performance.
These services may process personal data only as needed to provide their services.

How long information is kept

The hashed IP address used to rate limit the website plan is kept only for about 24 hours.
